Kenneth has been a practicing attorney for over thirty five years.  He has litigated all types of civil matters, including motor vehicle, premises liability, dram shop, wrongful death, and construction/labor law cases.  Kenneth has been involved in over 75 trials with over 30 verdicts.  He earned his B.A. and M.A. from Brown University, and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.  Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, Kenneth worked at law firms in New York City and was a partner in his own defense firm for over fourteen years.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  Kenneth is a member of the New York State Bar Association
