Luca D. Di Giacomo

Luca graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in May 2023, having received his Juris Doctor degree. He later sat for the Uniform Bar Exam in July 2023 and has recently been admitted to the New York State Bar. Prior to earning his JD, Luca received his undergraduate degree from Baruch College and later received a Master in Legal Studies (MLS) in Taxation from Washington University School of Law.
Throughout law school, Luca has been very active in the Richmond County Bar Association and the Columbian Lawyers Association. He maintained a merit scholarship at the Haub School of Law and focused his studies on Real Estate, Land Use, and Tax law.
Prior to joining PMT, Luca worked as a legal intern at a real estate and landlord-tenant litigation law firm named Azoulay Weiss LLP, where he assisted attorneys with landlord-tenant litigation matters in Manhattan Civil Court and Kings County Housing Court daily. He also served as a Pro Bono legal intern at the Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, where he assisted attorneys in the housing law department with legal memoranda and legal research in order to service clients with limited means.
Additionally, Luca is very active within the Italian American community. He is bilingual and is both a United States and Italian citizen. He was elected from 2015 to 2020 to serve as an Advisor of the Committee of Italians Abroad, an advisory board established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy, to service the Italian diaspora. He worked with schools to create after-school programs, held cultural events, and funded non-profit organizations to create cultural ties between the United States and Italy.
