Nicole Duke earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Political Economy in 2016 and received her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2019.
Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, Nicole worked as a law clerk during law school practicing plaintiff’s personal injury work and pharmaceutical litigation. Nicole also worked as a Student Fellow for the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution where she conducted legal research on behalf of the program and participated in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission mediations.
As a former member of the Cardozo Mediation Clinic, Nicole is a trained mediator and has mediated a variety of Civil Court and Small Claims cases as a volunteer. Nicole was a member of the Cardozo Journal of International Comparative, Policy & Ethics Law Review.
