Ben is an accomplished law firm partner with 35 years litigation experience including the management of insurance coverage, reinsurance, directors and officers liability and appellate practices. He has been lead counsel for numerous trials and arbitrations involving insurance and reinsurance matters. His areas of concentration include reinsurance, insurance, general counsel and claims counsel advice, cyber, professional indemnity, products liability, general liability and New York Labor Law.

Ben is also the east coast counsel for insurers in long-tail coverage litigation including APH (Asbestos, Pollution & Health Hazard).

He has written numerous presentations and publications involving insurance or litigation defense issues for the International Association of Claim Professionals (formerly ESLCA), HB Litigation Conferences, ABA Committees on Coverage Litigation and Products Liability, Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Run-Off Companies, New York Insurance Association, Inc, Reinsurance Association of America, New York Insurance Association & Journal of Reinsurance.
