Peter Iannace is an experienced litigator and trial counsel representing clients across several practice areas, including premises liability, labor law, nursing home malpractice, and real estate transactions. Peter also has experience with products liability, worker’s compensation, and construction defects.

He aggressively represents clients in the Courts of the State of New York and the United States Federal Court, Southern District of New York. Peter excels at his commitment and dedication to each case he handles, preparing each matter for trial, and seeking the best and most equitable outcome.

Peter is married with two college-aged children and an active community member. He volunteers as General Counsel for Radio Maria, USA Italian, a non-profit organization. Peter is a graduate of Fordham University with an undergraduate degree in History and minor in Italian Literature and received his J.D. from St. John’s School of Law.
