Elliott is an associate with Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP and handles general, premises, automobile, and professional liability matters for the firm. Elliot is actively involved in all aspects of litigation from initiation to resolution.
Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP Elliott was Deputy Public Defender with the Lebanon County Public Defender’s Office in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. While there, Elliott ran the office’s Juvenile Unit, representing approximately 70% of all juvenile charged in the county. Elliott also handled a full adult caseload, representing indigent clients in criminal matters ranging from attempted murder, aggravated assault, sex crimes, drug crimes, and DUIs. He has successfully defended clients at bench trials and jury trials, negotiated guilty pleas, and dismissed cases by way of dispositive motions. Before becoming a public defender, Elliott was an attorney at a general litigation law firm in Chester County, PA.
Elliott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University’s Delaware School of Law. While in law school, Elliott was a Certified Legal Intern in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, and also clerked for the Hon. Mary Pat Thynge, Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge, District of Delaware.
