Christian M. Radoi joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP as an associate in 2021. Christian focuses his practice on premises liability, complex civil litigation, construction litigation, general liability, products liability, and insurance defense. Christian has extensive experience drafting both discovery and dispositive motions, drafting appellate briefs, appearing for court conferences, and arguing motions.
Christian graduated from Pace Law School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baruch College in 2013. While in school, Mr. Radoi took a variety of specialized courses including Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and Advanced Appellate Advocacy, in which he participated in Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions. Christian worked in various law offices and has experience dealing with a variety of litigation practices such as general litigation, personal injury, civil rights, complex tort litigation, construction law, premises liability, negligent security claims, and general insurance defense. Christian was also an active member of Pace Law School’s Public Interest Law Society and Personal Injury Law Student Organization.
Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP, Christian worked as an associate at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, as well as a boutique litigation defense firm, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of personal injury matters. Christian’s experience provides him with a unique ability to analyze cases from both sides and implement successful strategies and tactics for cost-effective resolution.
In his free time, Christian enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Gigi, playing and watching soccer, playing chess, and reading. Christian is conversational in Italian, Spanish, and Romanian.
