Shannon Sullivan graduated from Touro Law Center where she received a CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Process II – Oral Advocate. She received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from SUNY Geneseo.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sullivan worked as a criminal defense attorney providing holistic representation to indigent clients and worked to address underlying issues in order to prevent recidivism. Additionally, she worked as a well-established firm concentrating in complex civil litigation and anti-fraud efforts. As a member of their Complex Business Litigation Group, Ms. Sullivan investigated healthcare and insurance fraud on behalf of business-victim clients and worked to bring appropriate litigation seeking recovery under the federal RICO statute.

Ms. Sullivan is currently admitted to practice in New York State and in the Eastern District of New York.
