Austen is a hard-working and dedicated attorney, who has been successfully practicing law in New York since 1999.

Austen is licensed to practice law in both the state courts and federal courts within the jurisdiction of New York State. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Federal Courts of the US District Courts for the Southern, (SDNY) and Eastern, (EDNY), Districts, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit.

Austen has litigated several types of matters, inclusive of complex litigations involving Commercial Litigation, Construction Industry Matters, Insurance Coverage Matters, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Real Estate Litigation and Transactional Work.

Austen has worked with several firms and lawyers in the past as both in-house and of-counsel roles, and he brings with him a wealth of experience and skills accumulated over the years.

He is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, NYC Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
