Jason P. Costanzo

PMT Partner

Jason is a Lieutenant with the NY Scarsdale Fire Department, Volunteer Company 2. He is a nationally certified Interior Firefighter and trained in arson and cause and origin Fire Investigation. He is also an adjunct Professor of Literature at Dominican College, sits on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization and enjoys coaching his children in lacrosse.

Frank D. Lombardi

PMT Senior Associate

Frank is a Councilman and Deputy Supervisor for the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, New York. Prior to that, he served on the Town’s Planning Board and Environmental Conservation Board. Frank has also been appointed to serve as a Fiduciary to the New York Supreme Court in several venues and has served as a mediator in local Civil Courts.

Raymond A. Cote

PMT Associate

Ray has served as a Trustee and President of the local School Board and is currently a Member of the local Planning Board. Ray also provides Pro-Bono legal services to families of disabled children regarding education, accommodations, guardianship, and trusts.
