Recently, Jeffrey D. Schulman, PMT Executive Partner and Managing Partner of our upstate New York offices, presented at the DRI Construction Law Seminar on Crane Accidents. Jeff is known for his expertise in construction matters. He has also lectured for the New York State Trial Lawyers on New York Labor Law. Like Jeff, many PMT attorneys are passionate about teaching. For example, PMT Executive Partner’s Marc Pillinger and Jeffrey Miller. They helped teach new OCA court mediators how to mediate personal injury cases. Marc Pillinger also lectures to the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
PMT Partner Kenneth A. Krajewski has served as a lecturer and moderator on insurance and personal injury topics for state and local bar associations and is a frequent in-house lecturer for insurers. PMT Partner John Tambascia lectures on advanced issues in trucking and transportation. He frequently lectures on continuing education topics for adjusters. PMT leads a webinar conference series on problems critical to our industry with St. John’s Tobin Center for Executive Education and its Greenberg School of Risk Management.
