Scott E. Miller Esq. is the Managing partner of the PMT’s office in New York. He is the lead attorney of PMT’s construction defect and complex litigation practice area. Scott has been involved in construction defect claims for over 30 years and has defended some of the most serious and complicated cases in New York.

Kenneth A. Krajewski Esq. is a partner PMT’s Buffalo office. He devotes a substantial amount of his practice to construction defect and complex litigation. Ken is well known in the western New York area and has litigated some of upstate New York’s most complicated and serious cases.
