Peter joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo in 2025 and handles all aspects of defense litigation. Peter has substantial experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances, as well with relationship-building with plaintiffs’ and co-defense counsel. Peter’s concentration of practice is New York Labor Law litigation involving construction site accidents, including related insurance coverage and risk transfer issues.
