We are committed to recruiting, developing, retaining, and promoting talented lawyers and staff with diverse backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and preferences throughout our ten offices in NY, NJ, CT, and PA. We believe this leads to enhance client leadership, personal attention, and integrity with different talents, backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. It creates a more enjoyable workspace and better serves our clients by providing innovative and creative solutions for business and legal problems.

There are several characteristics to diversity, including gender, race, religion, color, national origin, creed, ancestry, marital status, disability, religious or political affiliation, age, sexual orientation, viewpoints, economic background, education, and experience. At Pillinger Miller Tarallo LLP, we understand that which brings us together and makes us remarkable is the uniqueness of our cultural insights and style. We are proud to celebrate and work towards a wide range of diversity in the workplace. Our objective is for each team member to thrive as a legal professional without regard to title or position.

We are actively involved in various bar associations where we speak on public interest topics and continuing legal education courses. We seek innovative and creative ways to expand our candidate pool to ensure diversity in newly recruited attorneys.  We strive to make our attorneys and staff feel part of a unique, dynamic, and inclusive team which fosters a rich work environment. Developing exceptional attorneys is a responsibility we take seriously.

Through increased diversity, we can address and culminate what makes us different, brings us together, and moves us forward while better serving our clients and our society.
