Jennifer joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo in 2025. Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in many facets of civil litigation including Personal and Commercial Automobile, General Liability, Premises, Property Damage, Municipal Liability and Construction Litigation cases. She has substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation including motion practice, depositions, court appearances, appeals and mediations. While in law school, she served as an intern to Judge Leonard B. Austin in the Supreme Court of Nassau County.
Jennifer handles cases from inception to trial and appeal with an attention to detail and defends her clients to provide the best representation of her clients while making every effort to obtain a best results possible. She has successfully argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Divisions. Additionally, she co-authored a brief to the United States Supreme Court.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology from St. Lawrence University in 1995 and received her Juris Doctorate in 2002 from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She lives in Mount Sinai, New York with her teenage daughter. She has been a proud Troop Leader for Girls Scouts for 19 years and currently serves as Treasurer of the Board for Service Unit 604.
