Leor recently joined PMT as an associate attorney. Prior to joining PMT, Leor worked in-house for two Long Island-based contractors for a number of years.

Leor brings a deep respect and understanding for the field work that contractors perform, while navigating and realizing legal, federal and state compliance, as well as the risk management and insurance aspects of projects at the corporate level.

He handled contracts (drafting, preparing, reviewing, negotiating), compliance, risk management, legal research, and provided strategic counsel.
