Nicole received her Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School in 2018. She has been litigating in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, Nicole represented both Plaintiffs and small to medium business owners in employment and labor law cases including wage and hour law, discrimination, and retaliation. She aims to achieve the best results for her clients. She now focuses on labor law and premises liability cases.

Nicole also worked at a small real estate firm in New Jersey where she gained experience in residential real estate closing and commercial real estate litigation.

Nicole earned her B.A. degree and L.L.B. degree in China before law school.
