Robert has been a practicing attorney for over thirty-five years. He has litigated all types of civil matters, including motor vehicle, premises liability, wrongful death, and construction/labor laws cases. Robert has been involved in over one hundred trials with over twenty verdicts.

He earned his B.A. from Columbia University and his law degree from the Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo, Robert was a partner in his own plaintiff firm for over twenty years. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
