Todd is a seasoned civil litigator with over 25 years of experience litigating cases in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. Todd has extensive experience defending insureds in matters involving premises liability, Labor Law, automobile liability, property damage, construction defect, and environmental/toxic tort claims. He also has an insurance coverage background, having furnished numerous coverage opinions involving additional insured status, policy interpretation, contractual indemnification, and disclaimer of coverage, and litigated third-party insurance claims on behalf of insurers in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts.

Todd is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and received a B.A. in political science at Binghamton University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, District of New Jersey, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
