Daniel Kauderer is an associate attorney at Pillinger Miller Tarallo, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation defense. As a dedicated and detailed-oriented advocate, Daniel has experience handling matters involving major transit authorities, including the New York City Transit Authority and Metropolitan Transit Authority.
Daniel earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. While in law school, he gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the Bronx Supreme Court and developed his analytical and research skills during his time at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He also served as the president of the Jewish Law Students Association, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and community engagement.
Prior to law school, Daniel received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University, where he cultivated a deep interest in legal theory and critical thinking.
Outside the office, Daniel enjoys skiing, discovering new music, and spending time with his dog, Oakley.
