Gina joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo in 2021 after working as an in-house trial counsel for two large insurance companies. While working as in-house counsel for over a decade, Gina was responsible for managing a high-volume case count consisting of automobile liability, premises liability, labor law, municipal liability and uninsured/underinsured motor vehicle arbitrations.

Gina is an experienced litigator who has handled numerous personal injury matters during the course of her career. In this regard, she is capable of analyzing the facts and evaluating the insured’s liability, potential damages exposure, contractual responsibilities, indemnification and insurance coverages issues. Gina also has extensive experience in developing a case and preparing it for both arbitration and trial as she has conducted numerous depositions and court conferences. Additionally, Gina has been very successful at drafting motions and arguing them at numerous New York State Court venues. As her cases would progress, she has also presented defense strategies, liability assessments, damages exposure and settlement values to claims examiners as well as to her corporate clients.

Gina has also been very successful at settling cases at mediations and court conferences by developing relationships with plaintiff’s attorneys, co-defendants, judges and mediators. However, in those occasions where the case could not resolve, Gina has picked numerous juries and had several verdicts go in her client’s favor.

Gina earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Rochester Institute of Technology and her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She lives in Ossining, New York with her husband, her two sons and daughter.
