Angelica is a litigator with over 15 years of experience defending civil matters in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Her practice is focused on the defense of high value and catastrophic bodily injury and wrongful death cases arising from the New York Labor Law, premises liability and disputes involving rideshares. She also specializes in complex commercial claims, bad faith litigation and risk transfer and coverage issues.

Angelica formulates innovative strategies to deliver the desired legal outcome, including pre-suit resolution of claims and alternative dispute resolution. She counsels clients on risk assessment and risk management, mitigation and regulatory compliance and litigation strategy.
