George has extensive experience in handling all facets of insurance coverage litigation and reinsurance arbitrations involving Fortune 500 companies on behalf of the International and Domestic insurance market and in analyzing insurance and reinsurance coverage issues under general liability, first party property, officers and directors liability, hull and machinery, cargo and protection and indemnity insurance policies and excess of loss and facultative reinsurance contracts. He has defended clients in arbitrations and litigation reinsurance claims involving excess of loss reinsurance and facultative reinsurance contracts involving asbestos bodily injury and environmental property damage claims.

George has also has defended insureds in cases involving premises liability, labor law liability and construction defect and related coverage issues and has defended general liability claims involving environmental, asbestos and health hazard issues in various state and federal court jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has defended claims involving first party property damage and premises liability through trial and appeal. He also has broad experience and participation in arbitration, mediation and alternate dispute resolution proceedings.
