Eliza earned her Bachelor’s degree from Hunter College before pursuing her legal education at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Today, Eliza draws on both her paralegal background and legal training to support PMT’s work with thoughtful, efficient, and client-focused contributions.

Eliza brings a strong foundation of practical legal experience to PMT, shaped by nearly six years working as a paralegal prior to graduating from law school. During that time, she worked extensively on labor law, motor vehicle accident cases, and general liability matters—experience that gives her a valuable, hands-on perspective when assisting with complex litigation.

While in law school, Eliza further enhanced her skill set by completing the New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration Part 146–approved 24-hour Basic Mediation course. This comprehensive training introduced her to the principles of dispute resolution, interest-based negotiation, and effective communication strategies. Applying the skills developed through her training, she served as a mediator in small claims court, facilitating discussions between parties and helping them work toward resolution.

Her mediation background informs her approach to legal work, allowing her to analyze conflicts from multiple perspectives and contribute to the development of practical, effective solutions to legal issues.
