Rebecca Miller is a senior associate in the Elmsford, New York office of Pillinger Miller Tarallo LLP, where she focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation involving general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, Dram Shop matters, and property damage claims. With more than 16 years of litigation experience, she represents insurers, businesses, and individuals in complex civil matters throughout New York.

Ms. Miller manages cases through all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience developing litigation strategy, conducting depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and working closely with clients to position matters for efficient and favorable resolution. Her practical and results-driven approach allows her to effectively manage matters while minimizing risk and litigation costs for her clients.

Prior to joining PMT, Ms. Miller practiced at New York City law firms where she handled a broad range of liability matters and gained extensive courtroom experience appearing in courts throughout New York State. She has successfully prepared matters for both mediation and trial and has developed a strong reputation for thoughtful case analysis and effective advocacy.

Ms. Miller earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center. She is admitted to practice in New York and regularly appears before courts throughout the state.
