David Park joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP (“PMT”) in 2025. Mr. Park focuses his practice in personal injury defense and insurance defense.

David attended the University of Arizona, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Retail and Consumer Science and a minor in Business Administration in 2016. Then, David attended the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York as part of the Accelerated January 2019 Starting Class, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in two (2) years.

Upon graduating, David worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, conducted preliminary and pre-trial hearings and secured grand jury indictments, among various other responsibilities.

Prior to joining PMT, David worked in-house at a major insurance carrier, where he gained a wealth of knowledge in analyzing risk, minimizing liability and zealously advocating for his clients.
