Haylei earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Pace University in 2016. She went on to graduate from Pace Law School with her J.D. and certificates in International and Environmental Law in 2018.

While attending law school, Haylei interned at the United Nations and Westchester County Attorney’s Office. She was an active member of the Advocacy Program and competed in various moot and mock trial competitions, including the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.

After graduating, Haylei returned to the Westchester County Attorney’s Office as an Assistant County Attorney in the Litigation Bureau. There she defended the County’s interests in both state and federal court and obtained numerous favorable decisions in civil rights, environmental, employment, and general liability matters. She later worked as an associate at a notable insurance defense firm in New York City.

At PMT, Haylei represents clients in various general liability and labor law matters. She is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
