Francyne joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo in 2025, progressing with the firm throughout her legal studies. She began as a Legal Extern and advanced to an Associate upon earning her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in May 2025. Prior to law school, Francyne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, with a focus in Law and Society, from York University in Toronto, Canada.

During law school, Francyne mentored first-generation law students through the First-Generation Law Students’ Association, served as an Appellate Division Member of the Advocacy Honors Society, and was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Syracuse Journal of Science and Technology Law. Additionally, she worked as a Research Assistant specializing in business and entertainment law, particularly within the TV and film industry.

At PMT, Francyne has gained valuable experience in a wide range of insurance litigation matters, including civil cases involving automobile accidents, personal injury, construction, and general liability.
