Harold Rosengarten focuses his practice on general litigation matters. He has represented individuals, corporations, partnerships, organizations, and trusts at all stages of litigation. He has a record of success in representing clients in the areas of automobile accidents, wrongful death, construction accidents, defective premises liability, products liability, complex personal injury matters, and various telecommunications matters. In addition, Harold has obtained summary judgment in a number of high value cases.

Prior to joining Pillinger, Miller Tarallo, LLP, Harold was a litigation associate in the New York City office of a Philadelphia based firm concentrating in general liability for the telecommunications industry.

Harold began his career at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office where, as an Assistant District Attorney, he prosecuted numerous felony cases and had an over 75% conviction rate at trial.

Harold lives in New Rochelle. He is married, has three children, and is an active member of his community. He serves as a T-Ball and softball coach as well as a services coordinator for his synagogue.
