Gabrielle Scibetta is a civil litigation attorney admitted in New York and New Jersey, focusing her practice on defense litigation in New York. She represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in complex civil matters involving automobile liability, construction, general liability, dram shop, municipal liability, and multi-party litigation.

Since joining Pillinger Miller Tarallo in 2020, Gabrielle has gained experience across all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial. She approaches her matters with a proactive, defense-driven strategy centered on early assessment of exposure, disciplined case development, and strategic positioning for resolution or trial.

Gabrielle leads the firm’s Feeding Westchester initiative, coordinating its ongoing efforts to support food-insecure families throughout Westchester County. She also brings a business perspective to her practice, informed by her experience founding and operating multiple multimedia companies, which enhances her ability to align litigation strategy with clients’ operational and financial priorities.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Law and Legal Studies and a minor in Forensic and Investigative Sciences. She is originally from Rochester, New York.
