Gregory C. Tombolo is an associate in the New York City office of Pillinger Miller Tarallo LLP, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense matters. Mr. Tombolo represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters and has experience handling high-volume court appearances, motion practice, legal research, and case management in New York courts.
Prior to joining PMT, Mr. Tombolo practiced with a New York litigation firm where he managed an active court calendar involving daily appearances for conferences, motion arguments, inquest trials, and settlement negotiations. He regularly handled multiple active matters simultaneously and worked closely with clients to provide strategic updates and advance cases toward efficient resolution. His experience also includes drafting motions, opposition papers, and legal memoranda, as well as conducting legal research across a variety of substantive areas.
In addition to his civil litigation experience, Mr. Tombolo serves as Village Prosecutor for the Village of Sea Cliff, where he prosecutes vehicle and municipal code violations and collaborates with local law enforcement on municipal matters. Earlier in his legal career, he gained experience in real estate, employment, municipal law, intellectual property, criminal defense, probate, and estate matters through clerkship and internship positions with Long Island law firms.
Mr. Tombolo earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he received the Criminal Law CALI Award and academic scholarships throughout law school. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from St. John’s University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
