Jaclyn has over 20 years of experience in handling all aspects of civil litigation. During her career, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases involving catastrophic injury and death. She represents businesses, municipalities and individuals in motor vehicle, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction, labor law and products liability cases in state and federal court. She has also handled defamation and First Amendment matters as well as environmental and toxic tort litigation. She works on cases from inception to verdict, including appeals. She has successfully handled scores of motions and appeals and has trial experience in New York State Supreme Court and the Court of Claims. An adept negotiator, she has defended cases at countless non-binding mediations to successful resolution.

In addition, Jackie is a trained mediator and has the privilege of serving as a neutral arbitrator. Her experience on both sides offers unique insight.

A native of Buffalo, she attended college and law school at the University at Buffalo, graduating with honors. She is an active member of the Bar Association of Erie County and New York State Bar Association and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and previously as a Rising Star.
