Lynn A. Waylonis has more than 35 years of litigation experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in high profile cases. A major focus of her work has been on insurance defense litigation in the areas of labor law, premise liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts/asbestos litigation, insurance fraud, Federal Employers Liability Act, Errors and Omission and coverage litigation.  She has also been extensively involved in appellate advocacy.

From 1993 until 2011, she was a partner in her own firm representing individual and corporate clients in all aspects of tort and commercial litigation.  Her practice also involved trusts and estates, real estate and bankruptcy.  Additionally, she was an associate professor at Briarcliffe College, teaching paralegal studies in Torts and Family Law.

She graduated magna cum laude from Mercy College with a dual major in English and History and received her Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law, having received an award for Best Oral Argument in the Moot Court Program.

Lynn is admitted to practice in New York as well as the Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court.
