Dawn C. Wheeler is a lifelong New York resident with over 25 years of litigation experience.

An experienced attorney in the fields of auto, premises and construction accident litigation, she has tried high exposure cases to verdict in both New York State Supreme Court and U. S. District Court.

Dawn has worked many years in the area of utility company defense as well, specifically defending National Grid, the gas utility, in many New York City construction and premises cases.

Dawn has previously worked as a mediator deciding cases in NYC Civil small claims night court.
